IMXU is a non-transferable, off-chain redemption point for Imtrade Online. It is not cash or a cryptocurrency.

IMXU can be redeemed only toward eligible purchases on the Imtrade Online platform. It cannot be traded, transferred to another user, withdrawn, or redeemed for cash. Suppliers and producers receive THB settlement separately under the Imtrade commercial model.

    No automatic 100% burn. Settlement, reserve, legal, and accounting obligations are reviewed before any approved, published burn.

Readiness before activation. The proposed launch gate is 1,000 verified active producer or brand partners, followed by legal, reserve, security, and settlement review. Outstanding IMXU must not exceed the separately funded THB settlement reserve. Converted IMXA is not automatically burned in full; approved burns occur only after obligations are reviewed and require public on-chain proof.
